As a BASE 5 client, we value your creative input and vision for your business. Our process is to gather your ideas, provide direction and expert advise, and then deliver a limited sample or prototype of your website or system that we can review together to make sure we have captured the essence of your ideas.

Upon approval and mutual sign off on the prototype, we will then proceed to develop the product, consulting with you at regular intervals, through to final testing and completion.

Because custom design is a creative process, we understand that additional ideas are generated as time goes and as a client, you may realize you need further edits that you were not aware of when you signed off on the prototype. This is why our service provides our clients with 2 review opportunities during the development process, where they can suggest or make minor changes if need be.

CONSULTATION

A BASE 5 development consultant gathers all the project information from you, the client

DEVELOPMENT STAGE 1

A demo page and the site framework are developed first.

For client systems, a limited mockup of your proposed product is constructed for demonstration.

FIRST CLIENT REVIEW (SIGN OFF)

The client reviews the layout, designs and tool elements, suggests any allowable edits and approves the prototype.
